The CLIENT ZONE is a free-of-charge service, which allows for an on-line access to documents pertaining to cases which we deal with for our Clients.
The CLIENT ZONE forms the second stage in the development of our law firm’s Litigation Portal, www.portalprocesowy.pl, which is only made available to our Clients.
After logging on to the CLIENT ZONE a user has access to the following areas:
User’s menu including:

Offer for Clients:

Access to a wide selection of legal publications from the Wardyński & Partners law firm, for logged-on users only.
SECURITY
Communication with the private sections of the Litigation Portal (the CLIENT ZONE) always take place as encrypted sessions using the HTTPS protocol. This is a solution ensuring security on a level similar to that employed in internet banking systems. Wardyński & Partners has a certificate issued by the Certum certification centre of Unizeto Technologies, a Warsaw Stock Exchange listed company. The certificate ensures 128-bit encryption and is accepted by most internet browsers. The specific security demands of the procedure of granting such a certificate means that Wardyński & Partners have had to undergo rigorous checks, to ensure that the portal is entirely safe in use.
After receiving written agreement to make use of the CLIENT ZONE, you will receive from us instructions to access it, together with log in and passwords, which will require activation. We have accepted the principle that our Client decides who has access to which materials, and in what range. Our system allows you to set access parameters to documents to individual users exactly as you require them.
We encourage you to make the most of our new offer. The DLitigation Portal is one of the key elements of knowledge management systems that the law firm has been developing over the past two years, to bring the benefits of the newest IT solutions to our Clients.
